Lots of possible reasons, but the most likely is that your friend has your
address wrong, or her settings are wrong.
What happens if she uses "reply"?
What is her email program?

ok let try this again. i use outlook and i can send a friend email ok, but
she gets a error message undeliverable when she mails me, what do we do to
fix this.
