One of them is, I believe, www.websitegarage.com. Look for "html
checker" or "html validator", this is the correct name for the kind of
software.

Alas, the only way to check is to look for yourself. As you know,
both IE and NS rendering code are not in public domain, so the only
ones who can create such a test are the developers themselves...
