Could someone please help me understand the problem being indicated by the
error message generated when this software (Homeworld is a very popular
Sierra space sim game). I have a Pentium 266 with 64 MB RAM,S3 Virge DX/GX
Graphics Card (4MB),Creative Blaster Voodoo 2 Card,Yamaha OPL3-Sax sound
card and 2 Hard Drives of 4 (C:) and 10 (D:) MB.
I have resorted to formatting both drives ,reinstalling Win 98 second
edition,downloading and installing latest S3,Creative and Yamaha drivers (as
suggested by Sierra support) all to no avail.Voodoo2 graphics cards
apparently usually work well with this software.Does the error message yield
any further clues within its (to me at least!)Cryptic content ?
