Miriam,

I can't help you exactly but I can give a hint to others on this forum.
I had exactly the same problem at work when I got a new computer with XP
Home. Our computer person told me it had to do with registering dll
files. Maybe someone else here knows what that is and how to register
them? I wasn't at work when he fixed it so I don't know what he did. I
too, thought it had to do with blocking pop ups but it didn't.
