It sounds as though you have Spyware on your computer. Download and install
Ad Aware here (Free):
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
You didn't mention a virus scanner. Be sure you have one and it is up to
date as well.
Windows update is your friend, too. Be sure to install all the recommended
security updates.
If this doesn't solve the problem, write back, as their are additional steps
possible as needed.

Please can you help,my computer is still running slowly even though I have
defragged etc.. I am told it could be because I have unsolicited and
unwanted items that are brought onto my computer when I visit or get sent
cards or jokes etc..can

download to get rid of such things if I have them,or anything I can do to
