Did it ever work? If so, have you added anything such as an update that 
might have broken it or the software you are using?

What are you trying to paste? Screens using Directx movie overlay, for 
example, won't copy until you disable graphic acceleration.

What program are you using to paste the copy?

Have you checked that the keyboard key is working by trying another keyboard?

Please describe your exact procedure so we can tell just what is going wrong.
