Brian Livingston's column in today's InfoWorld magazine has information
on this problem. Mostly what he had to say was that Steve Gibson's Web
site has information on the company (now renamed to Radiate) and this
problem at grc.com/optout.htm and that he has created a utility
available at grc.com/files/optout.exe that completely removes the
program.
