At the end of what seems to be a normal boot, the screen goes blank and
a message appears:
            While initializing Device IOS:
            Windows protection error.  You need to restart your
computer.

OS = Win 95  ( 4.00.950)
64 mb ram
2.1 GB hard drive
after restart it will only boot in safe mode. please help. I have
reloaded Win 95 with cd boot disk and this made no difference.
