I believe that Windows assigns CD drive letter(s) to the next ones after
your HD drive/partition(s). Is there some reason why you feel you must
have your CD as D:? (I have a 17G HD partitioned into 6 logical drives
(C-H), with two CDs (I & J) - they run just fine.)
