Hi Edith,
In order to seperate ( if you want your husband not to be able to get your
emails and vise-versa) e-mails you have to use the function Switch Identity
of OE. Do the followings:
Open the OE, go to File\Identities\Manage Identities, click on the New tab
and type a name there. Then check Require a password, give a password and
confirm it, choose OK twice. You are done.
Do the same things with your husband's account.
In order for you not to be able to get your husband's emails and vice versa
each time when you close the OE you have to do it in a certain order.Go to
File\Switch Identity, type the password and click Log off the identity. If
you do not do this when you open the OE it will automatically go to the last
Identity without a password required.
Have a nice day.
