After I tried to change the location of the Outlook Express message folder, I started getting an error message "Cannot delete ntuser.dat.  It is being used by another person or program.  Close any program that may be using the file and try again."   The message comes every time I open Outlok Express but does not hinder the proper functioning of Outlook Express.    I know the ntuser.dat file contains the registry.  Attempts to change its name or delete it produced error returns.  .
