You may get it at www.networkice.com  -  I would check out www.grc.com,
also, to see his review and to see
if you may want to try zonelabs firewall, "Zonealarm", at
www.zonelabs.com. It is free to individual users.
Both are very easy to set up and seem to work well.  At the grc.com
site, take a look at how to start protecting your "constantly online"
cablemodem connection before you even download any software.  It goes
into great detail about this.  BlackIce does alert you every time
someone tries to tap into your PC and that can be annoying at times.  If
you would like more about either program from someone who has used both,
please feel free to email me offlist and I can get into more detail.  As
you may have surmised from my email address, I am a cable modem user,
too.
