When the www.grisoft.com (USA) update site is running slowly due to high
demand, try the alternate AVG update site at www.grisoft.cz (Czech
Republic).  With rare exception, it's available 24/7 and provides good
bandwidth and speedy downloads.

Revisons and updates are posted as needed and often multiple times in any
given month, so you might wish to check on a weekly basis to keep your
software current.

By the way, I agree with you that Grisoft's AVG Anti-Virus System is the way
to go.  It's reliable, easy-to-configure and use and >> very fast >>.
