These are almost certainly temporary print files, remnants from something
you've printed (must have been a huge print job!).

Anything in Windows/temp file can generally be deleted safely.  If in
doubt, just delete them to your recycle Bin for a few days and either
restore if they are needed (unlikely) or delete them from there later on.
