        Hi:

All of a sudden (I don't think there were any changes)  My dialer for dial up
networking starts up at startup. Its intermittant and seems to occur randomly
whether or not I used the program in the prior session. msconfig, system config
utilty, and startup folders  have no reference to the dialer.

Also I have found systray not present when pressing cntrl alt del although it is
clearly checked in msconfig. These problems may have started at the same time
but I am not certain.

Any thoughts?  TIA
