Subject: Quick Launch Toolbar

  Hello,  I am running WindowsSE.  I am concerned about the Quick Launch
Toolbar.  Somehow the  icons are not adjacent to the Start  Button anymore.
I cannot get them to dispaly next to the Start button.  They display more to
the center of the toolbar area.  Any open applications are displayed
directly next to the Start button and then the Quick Launch bar displays to
the right of open applications.  I would like the Quick Launch bar to be
next to the Start Button with open applications to the right (not left) of
the Quick Launch Bar.  Please advise.   I don't know how this change
happened, but I cannot correct it.  Thank you, William Patton
