Ed,
I personally like Pinnacle Studio 9. It seems to me to be the most complete
and the easiest to use. It costs bucks but you can make a mini-masterpiece
of a movie with it. The limited version in 8 has too many restrictions to
be of any value when making professional looking video movies. (Doesn't
sync sound tracks correctly, etc.) Sounds like your computer will handle
the job.
