Something is still running on your system like a screen saver or another
program. If you hit Cntrl, Alt and Delete buttons on your keyboard, JUST
ONCE, you will get a list of the programs that are running and you can than
eliminate them one by one by hitting end task for each program except
Explorer and systray which should remain there. Evertime you end task you
will have to hit the 3 buttons again to get that folder and repeat the
procedure for each one. You could troubleshoot the program that is running
or causing the problem by defragging after each end task and see if it
finishes defrag and then you'll know which program was causing it to stop.
