I can't think of a game that'll do what you want Judith - but couldn't you hook up a mouse to the laptop? Perhaps this would give your brother a little more control.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Software Suggestion?
This is probably not a question for this list but -
My brother has had a stroke and has been in a nursing home for two
years. He is paralyzed on his right side. He loves to play solitaire on
the computer and has an ancient laptop in his room. Does any one know of a
stand alone version of solitaire that has a good display filling the screen
and which permits moving the cards with a right or left mouse click.
