I did not do much with the Exchange server but the changes in IIS wrst the
IIS SnapIn Console are significant.  Be sure you know how to operate with
the new console or have the time and documentation to learn how to work via
it.

I am looking to upgrade two NT 4.0 Servers (one setup as file/print/Intranet
(IIS), and the other running Exchange 5.5 with a website (IIS)) from Service
Pack 3 to Service Pack 5.  Has anyone done this?  Can you give me feedback
on good/bad experiences.
