Try isobuster from http://www.isobuster.com/
It's a terrific program and I have used it several times to recover files
from a CD that couldn't be accessed by anything else.
Of course it won't work if the files are totally shot but it doesn't cost
anything to try being mostly freeware (but if it works maybe you should
register or make a donation).
