Adam,
You could rip the CD's onto your hard disk into wav format. This is
lossless. You can then run a conversion program (there are literally dozens
available, just do a google search for "mp3 converter") to make mp3
versions of them for your FLASH player. I think most of the converters will
allow you to specify the frequency rate of the resultant mp3 file.
The only issue is how much disk space you have.
