I am using an HP Pavilion with Win ME with 30 GB hard drive. The computer came with the OS installed and I do not have the disks for ME I normally use Earthlinks email program on dial up, but the other day I went to use Outlook Express which I have run before, but got an error message "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE DLL was not loaded." I checked search and I have that DLL in the system. How Do I load it?
