I found and downloaded Listpics. Interesting, but not what I want,
thanks. It only works with graphic files it can convert to .htm, and
scrolls slowly one list. I want to open multiple windows at one time. As
mentioned, I can do this with Paint, Win98, which, however, uses a great
deal of disk space for the .bmp files, 1.37M or 2.2M per file.
