RESPONSE:

Not clear exactly what you want to do. Do you mean it is gradually getting
slower and you want to retore its original performance, or has it always
been slow and you want to get extra speed?

If the latter, perhaps overclocking is one possibility if you are
technically minded.

If it has been gradually slowing, have you tried restoring registry? If
you tend to install/uninstall much, the registry will fill up with a lot of
clutter and this will slow performance. Also, as the hard drive fills, you
can expect some slight drop in performance.

Best to restore registry (use ERU backup utility on the Win 95 CD for this)
every 2 or 3 months.

Otherwise consider fully deleting and reinstalling Windows (but that can be
a hassle).

I have a tutorial on ERU if anyone wants--Email me direct.
