I have an issue that just became apparent with the installation of IE5--now,
on my desktop and anywhere else for that matter, I have lost the
functionality (ability) to click on something and drag it (icons on the
desktop, files in windows, etc...) to another folder or location on the
desktop. I work at a company that regulates the browser (no active desktop,
or task bar additions, and no other nice features of integrating Windows
with IE!!). However, I've never seen what happened to me happen elsewhere.
I've deinstalled IE5, but I still do not have the click-drag functionality.
I have Tweak and PowerToys, but don't see how those tools can help me.
Does anyone out there recognize this problem?
