Tim,

I think what was omitted here was the proggie he's recommending be used to
defragement the drive (and swap file).  The only program I know of that will
defragment the swap file is Norton Speed Disk, which is part of the Norton
Utilities for Windows95 package.  I'm pretty sure that's what he's talking
about.
