Demetri,
On the "Edit" menu is an option to "Empty 'Deleted Items' Folder".  Just
select that option and your 19MB will be history.

I have also heard that this will free some memory (but this is an
unsubstantiated rumor).  What I've heard is that Windows keeps the contents
of the Inbox, Outbox, Sent and Deleted folders in memory.
