Hi,

I have a friend with Windows 98 that I often help with simple computer
questions.  I'm still working with '95 however, and this one isn't something
I've ever seen.  I'll copy his question to me below.  It's probably
something simple, so hopefully someone in this group can explain what's
going on here, and how to clear up the situation.

PS.  When he refers to the "bit-bucket", he's talking about the Recycle Bin.
