I don't remember the commands - it's been too long ago.
You need to set up a loop to print the header, then within THAT loop,
a sub-loop to print three records and then send the printer a
form feed command.
Something like:

DoWHile records_exist
  Main loop
    Print header
    For rec=1 to 3
      print record
      increment rec
    Send FF
    go to main loop
end dowhile
