Hello,
Do you delete the old download each time before you try to download it
again? If not, perhaps Firefox is appending to the file and therefore it
becomes corrupted...
That's all I cqn think of, try deleting the old file and downloading
again. If they have mirror sites for the download, try a different site
the next time you download,
