I'm using IE4.01 with the Active Desktop, and I don't have a journal.dll,
nor have I ever heard of it. In my opinion, Epson is trying cop out on
you. They should support their products regardless of what other software
may be installed. Anyway, journal.dll is not an IE4 file.

There should be some things we don't name. Just so we can sit around all
day and wonder what they are.

I searched for journal.dll on my hard drives and didn't find it. I'm using
IE
4 without the active desktop.

In a message dated 98-02-07 20:43:12 EST, you write:
<< Whenever I try to print to my Epson Color Stylus 600 from
inside Internet Explorer 4.01, the print aborts with a message,
"Could not load JOURNAL.DLL." I have searched all my installation
disks and CD-ROM's, and can't find anything called Journal.DLL.
Epson Tech Support said they had heard of the problem before, but
blamed it on IE4, and refused to give any help.
Anyone know where I can find this mysterious "Journal.DLL"?
