When you are the net you can click your net icon in the system tray and get the status of your connection which is around 44,000bps or higher using a 56k modem, however my friends status says 4,800 only. It never used to be but something changed somewhere. Does anyone know why this would drop so low and how to get it back to operating at it's full capacity? Would love any help on this as this figure slows down everything working around the net, so it seems. Thanks, Joseph Rydzy
