You can use text frames to size the area for you covers. However, you might
find some already done for you. Here is one template from the Microsoft
site:

I have not checked it out to see how many covers it handles, but probably
just one folding one. You might look for others that may suit you better.
Search for MS Word templates for CD covers.

I have MS Word v. 2007 & 2003 on different home computers.  I'm trying to
make label inserts for CD/DVD jewel cases, 12x12 mm (4.75x4.75").
Just wondering if either Word version has a feature to size a document so I
can print 2-3 labels that size on a page.
