The way I do it, is as follows:
1. Open Internet Explorer. Click on the "Restore/Maximize" button
   (top right corner, second button from the right), so that the
   window is NOT in the maximized state.
2. Resize the window manually, by draging the corners and moving
   the window to cover as much of the screen as you would like it
   to.  In other words, you are manually maximizing the window
   without using the button for it.
3. Close Inter Explorer.  (During the preceding two steps, only
   one instance of Explorer must be open.  If any other instances
   were open, close them first.)
4. Now, everytime you open Internet Explorer, it will open in the
   screen size you have set it.  Also, every subsequent instance
   of Explorer, will open in the same size window.

Remember never to maximise the screen and close Internet Explorer,
as this will nullify the steps you have taken (above).

Subject: Window Size???

How do you change the window size bak to full screen on the new window that
you open to go to a different website??? When I click on a link the window
comes up in a very small size...It comes up the size of my address bar
which is small...How do I change it to full screen size when I open a new
window??? Thanks for your time...
