There are a number of free programs which install as a printer on your
system. When you choose to print an invoice, then choose your PDF printer.
I've used CutePDF and PDFCreator. PDFCreator makes a smaller PDF file but I
like CutePDF better. CutePDF has two components which need to be downloaded
and installed; one is a converter the other is a writer.
