That font is Trebuchet MS Bold Italic and is installed with Office XP. You can get it off that CD or you can have someone e-mail it to you.  Some fonts are necessary for these programs to run, and some are not.  You might try copying the offending font to some other folder, deleting the one in the fonts folder, and see if Word still works.  If it does, and you don't use this font too much, then you may not need to go find it at all.  If Word won't run then you'll have to find a new one and put it back.
