When or if you do the reinstall, you will find numerous files are newer
than the ones that Windows wants to install. During the install
process, you will be asked if Windows should replace these files,
always click the NO button so that the updates are not replaced
with older files. In doing this, you should not have any need
to reinstall the patches.
