Check the properties of your MS-DOS Shortcut.  Under properties, select the
"Program" tab.  Now select "Advanced".  I suspect that this is set to "MS-DOS
MODE" with "Warn before entering MS-DOS Mode" checked.

Change it to "Suggest MS-DOS Mode as necessary" and this will fix your
problem (if this is applicable).
