I run Win95 on a PC with limited resources, supporting hardware and software, some of which that can not be upgraded for operation on Win98. I have made an effort to keep Win95 up to date.

I just noticed that some applications are showing a time-of-day an hour ahead of normal, while other applications, running concurrently, show the correct time. This seems to have begun to happen around June 20th (for whatever that's worth). The currency of an application does not seem to matter; old and new both show the time right and wrong.

I wondered through the labyrinth of the Microsoft web site, but found nothing related to this problem.

Any ideas?
Curt
