Doyle,

First create an html file with whatever content you wish.
Then in OE click on:
TOOLS -- OPTIONS -- SIGNATURES tab
next click the NEW button, now click the
dot next to FILE and use the BROWSE button
to locate your custom html signature file.
Click the OK buttons to finish out the process.
