I downloaded the patch for Outlook Express for my wife's computer. After
doing this it wouldn't close the email after downloading the email.
Therefore when trying to run Outlook Express again after closing it I get a
time out. If I reboot the computer and then open Outlook Express and
download the email it works fine - connecting. If I close it and try it
later it gives me the time out. Internet Explorer works every time. I
called my Internet provided and they suggested I remove the patch update
which I did but this didn't solve the problem. After receiving email I
cannot send email either. Help Thanks in Advance.
