Patrick,

Although you didn't mention what software you are asking about, I'll assume
that you mean OE (as your header indicates).

To block an individual person:
Double click the offending message to open it in it's own window.
Now click TOOLS -- BLOCK SENDER.

To block an entire domain:
From the main screen, click on
TOOLS -- MESSAGE RULES -- MAIL -- NEW

You will now see a three section dialog.
In #1 section, click WHERE THE FROM LINE CONTAINS PEOPLE
In the #2 section, click DELETE IT FROM SERVER
In the #3 section, click on the blue words and then type in
the domain name as it would appear on the
right side of the @ symbol (like smut.com) and
then click the ADD button.  Finally keep clicking
OK until you are all the way out.
