If you don't have regular registry backups using ERDNT, try a System
Restore. Go back to a date before all this started. That will replace your
registry and restore your system files.
If you can identify the trojan which attacked you, you could also go to the
Symantec or McAfee websites and see if they have specialised removal tools
for this particular trojan. These removal tools are usually free downloads.
Registry cleaners are generally pretty ineffective for this purpose. They
only clear up the superficial dead-ends.
