Unlike the PC world, big iron folks (main frame) don't run out and buy
every shiny new trinket that comes along.  Many major corporations are
still running code that was originally written back in the sixties.
The Y2K problem is not limited to banks or government systems.

But you are correct in saying Windows 95 and it's applications will
not have a problem.  As I said in an earlier post, Win95 will accept a
date up to the end of 2099, Office 95 works up through 2079, and
Office 97 goes to at least 3001.
