I would like to send a fax with a cover sheet.  In the dialog box where
the different cover sheets are supposed to be listed there are none.

Does anyone know how I can add cover sheets to this box.  There is
nothing mentioned in the manual or online help.  Called Cardinal and
they were of no use.  At least they didn't try and charge me $25 for the
call.

I did some investigating and on the install disk there is a zip file for
the missing cover sheets.  I unzipped this to the folder where the .exe
file is located.  Didn't work.  Also, in the faxworks directory there is
a folder for greetings and a subfolder called graphics which contains
the cover sheet files.

Any ideas?
