Error - template SUB-TOP-BANNER not found

A configuration error was detected in the CGI script; the SUB-TOP-BANNER template could not be found.
The Toshiba site says F8 will give you safe mode.
Press the F8 key repeatedly as soon as soon as the boot cycle starts.
