Randy,

Check the NT Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) for the specific chip
that your using.  I remember seeing a Cyrix chip on there before, but
don't remember the type or clock speed.  I would suggest to avoid using
Cyrix chips with NT; yours is not the first problem I've heard about
running NT on a Cyrix chip.
