My version of WordPerfect Office 2002 (10.0.0.518) does not recognise
Service Pack 3 --- all that happens when I try running SP3 is an
endless series of 'skipping file' messages.

I have tried uninstalling/re-installing WordPerfect but this hasn't had
any impact on the installation of Service Pack 3.


I'd hoped that SP3 would fix the instability that I've encountered with
WordPerfect since changing to Windows XP Professional.
