I am getting an error message, Win98,

"Cannot find a device file that may be needed to run Windows or a Windows
application.

The Windows registry or SYSTEM.INI refer to this device file, but the
device file no longer exists."

How do I proceed when the line or lines in registry or SYSTEM.INI are not
identified in error message?
